There's nothing that keeps Michele Ho Lung energized more than helping others to feel better and empowering them to be more, do more as they optimize their results. 

For over three decades, she helped de-stress "the work" for others in her corporate roles at HP, and as Quality Manager and Auditor at Zedi Inc. and Corod Told she would never be a Quality Manager, she not only proved that HR Manager wrong, but got Corod ISO 9002 Certified in a year, a feat that usually takes a team at least 2 years to accomplish. 

She is a process-thinker who many approached over the decades to help trouble shoot and map out complex processes. Her special ability? To take in the 40,000 foot high level view and drill right down to the details, simplifying the complex. 

She is an author, Bauer Certified Presenter/Closer Practitioner, Certified Law of Attraction Life Coach, B.A.N.K. IOS Certified Coach, ex-badminton junior coach, Triple Silver Medal World Masters Badminton winner, an intuitive artist, wife, mother of three grown children and now many also refer to her as Energy Healer with her gift of Sparkle. She knows what it's like to be chauffeur, cook and jack of all trades, holding down the fort when her husband travelled on business and went on sabbaticals. She burnt countless midnight candles especially when her children were young and were sick.

Life is a journey with many ups and downs and Michele's has had her share of them all however, she learnt how to rise above the "downs." Her book, Sparkle and Shine - Get Your Brilliance Out (At Home And Work) is her Life's Work. From a 48 Hour straight download of diagrams (all in her book), Michele wrote her book in less than 2 months.

Michele discovered she had a gift that others named "Sparkle". Actually, it was more that others including her mentors on this spiritual part of her journey pointed this out to her, after she went searching for a way to heal her knee and avoid surgery, after a bad spill skiing on Christmas Day 2007. 

It was after this that Michele began to understand the subtleties of how she had manifested her first Quality Management Position at Corod without having ANY of the required qualifications in the newspaper ad. As she reflected, Michele realized that consulting and coaching with a deeper engagement of self i.e. mindset, heart, self-mastery along with appreciation and consideration of intent, purpose and process, can optimize and accelerate results. Others started to tell her to share this - including the Sparkle.
